Salary - 25K to 30K

Shift timing: 1:00 Afternoon - 11:00 pm (work from office only)

Key Responsibilities:

Manage end-to-end recruitment (sourcing, screening, scheduling IT interviews). Maintain employee records and documentation. Assist in onboarding, induction, and exit formalities. Support payroll and attendance management. Coordinate employee engagement activities. Ensure compliance with HR policies and procedures.

Requirements:

1-2 years of experience in HR (generalist/recruitment/operations). Must have prior experience in the IT sector / IT recruitment. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Knowledge of HR software/tools will be a plus. Bachelor's degree in HR/Management or related field.
