Responsibilities
Understand job requirements and qualifications.
Source potential candidates through various channels such as job boards, social media, and networking events.
Screen resumes and applications to identify suitable candidates.
Conduct interviews to assess candidates' skills, experience, and cultural fit.
Coordinate and schedule interviews with managers.
Maintain a database of potential candidates for future job openings.
Negotiate job offers and handle onboarding processes.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources.
2-3 years of experience in recruiting, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
Proven track record of successfully filling positions across various levels.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
