Responsibilities
Oversee recruitment and hiring processes.
Manage employee relations and address grievances.
Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
Conduct employee onboarding and orientations.
Coordinate training and development programs.
Monitor and manage employee performance reviews.
Maintain and update employee records.
Administer benefits and compensation programs.
Qualifications-
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills.
Experience with HR software and recruitment tools.
