Verify and process candidate/employee documents as per company policy.
Coordinate and follow up for medical check-ups and maintain related records.
Ensure accuracy and completeness of all documentation before submission.
Maintain systematic filing of records (both physical and digital).
Support backend operations such as data entry, updating reports, and preparing MIS.
Assist HR/Administration in compliance and audit-related documentation.
Handle confidential information with integrity and discretion.
Requirements:
Graduate (any stream).
0-2 years of experience in documentation, backend, or admin support roles (freshers may also apply).
Good communication and coordination skills.
Attention to detail with strong organizational abilities.
Basic knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel).
