Ensuring adherence to labor laws and regulations.

Maintaining accurate employee records and HR systems.

Creating and updating company policies and procedures.

HR Strategy:

Developing and implementing HR strategies aligned with business objectives.

HR Analytics:

Providing data-driven insights to support management decisions.
