HR Executive
to manage our human resources functions efficiently. If you have excellent
English communication skills
, strong knowledge of
ESI (Employee State Insurance)
and
PF (Provident Fund)
compliance, and a passion for HR management, we want you on our team.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, screening, interviews, and onboarding
Handle employee relations, grievances, and ensure a positive work environment
Ensure accurate processing of
ESI and PF contributions
, monthly returns, and statutory compliance
Maintain and update HR records, employee database, attendance, leave management, and payroll
Prepare reports related to HR activities, ESI, PF, and other statutory requirements
Conduct training, performance evaluations, and employee engagement programs
Communicate effectively with employees and management in English
Ensure compliance with labor laws and HR best practices
Minimum Experience Required:
5 to 15 years of proven HR experience
in a similar role
Strong knowledge of
ESI & PF regulations
and compliance processes
Excellent
English communication skills
(both written and spoken)
Good analytical, organizational, and interpersonal skills
Ability to handle sensitive information confidentially and professionally
Preferred Qualifications:
HR Certification (e.g., SHRM, HRCI, or equivalent) is a plus
Experience in a manufacturing or corporate office environment

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹55,000.00 per month
