We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented
HR Executive
to support our human resources operations. The ideal candidate will have experience in recruitment, employee relations, payroll processing, and HR administration. Strong communication and organizational skills are key for success in this role.
Key Responsibilities:Recruitment & Selection
Manage end-to-end recruitment process: job posting, sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews, and onboarding.
Coordinate with department managers to define hiring needs and job descriptions.
Maintain a database of potential candidates and track recruitment metrics.
Employee Record Management
Maintain and update employee records in HRMS and physical files.
Ensure accuracy and confidentiality of HR documentation (joining, exit, leaves, transfers, etc.).
Track attendance and leave data for payroll input.
Payroll & Salary Processing
Collect, verify, and process payroll data accurately.
Coordinate with Finance to ensure timely salary disbursement.
Handle payroll queries and resolve discrepancies.
Employee Relations & Engagement
Address employee queries, concerns, and grievances professionally.
Promote positive work culture through engagement activities and regular communication.
Support disciplinary and grievance handling processes.
HR Administration
Prepare HR letters: offer letters, appointment letters, relieving letters, etc.
Assist in policy implementation and ensure compliance with labor laws.
Support HR audits and reporting.
Qualifications:
MBA in Human Resource Management or related field.
1-3 years of experience in HR roles preferred (Freshers with internship experience may apply).
Knowledge of HR software, payroll systems, and labor laws.
Proficient in MS Office (especially Excel and Word).

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
