We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented
HR Executive
to join our team. The ideal candidate should have experience in recruitment, administrative operations, and employee relations. The role requires excellent communication skills, strong organizational abilities, and the capability to handle HR functions efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
Recruitment & Onboarding
Manage end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and hiring.
Coordinate onboarding process for new employees and ensure smooth induction.
Administrative Tasks
Maintain and update employee records and HR databases.
Handle office administration tasks, documentation, and compliance-related activities.
Assist in preparing HR reports and maintaining attendance records.
Employee Handling & Engagement
Address employee queries and provide HR-related guidance.
Ensure a positive work environment and foster employee engagement.
Assist in implementing HR policies and procedures.
Requirements:
Minimum
3 years
of relevant experience in IT company.
Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
Proficiency in MS Office and HR management tools.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ?10,000.00 - ?30,000.00 per month
