We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented
HR Executive
to support the HR department in day-to-day operations. The ideal candidate will assist in administrative tasks, recruitment coordination, employee records management, and other HR functions to ensure smooth workflow and efficiency within the department.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide administrative support to the HR Manager and HR team.
Maintain and update employee records, databases, and HR documents.
Assist in the recruitment process: posting jobs, scheduling interviews, following up with candidates.
Support onboarding and offboarding processes, including documentation and induction coordination.
Prepare reports, presentations, and documentation as required.
Coordinate employee engagement activities and internal communications.
Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive HR data with integrity.
Assist in payroll inputs, leave records, and attendance tracking.
Help organize and manage HR events, trainings, and workshops.
Respond to internal HR-related queries from employees.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
1-2 years of experience in an HR support or administrative role (internship experience may also be considered).
Strong knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
