Key Responsibilities:
End-to-end recruitment: Sourcing, screening & scheduling interviews
Onboarding new employees and managing HR documentation
Maintain attendance records, leave tracking, and payroll assistance
Handle employee queries and grievances professionally
Ensure company HR policies and labor laws are followed
Support employee engagement, events, and performance reviews
Maintain employee database & prepare HR reports as required
Key Skills Required:
Excellent communication & interpersonal skills
Familiar with HR tools, MS Office, and basic HR software
Good understanding of labor laws and company policies
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
Experience in BPO/IT company is a plus
Qualifications:
Graduate / Postgraduate in HR, Management, or related field
Minimum 1 year of HR experience preferred
