Drive Initiatives to Best Practices, performance management, employee engagement, talent management, rewards & Recognition &Culture
Candidate screening, interviewing and onboarding
Partner with employees and leadership to develop policies and programs to attract, retain, and promote workforce.
Provide guidance and coaching to employees on employee engagement, employee relations, performance management, career development, talent assessment and retention
Provide administrative support & Coordinating office activities.
It is a Full Time Recruiter / HR / Admin job for candidates with
minimum 0 - 1 years of experience.
Implement performance review procedures
(e.g. monthly, quarterly/annual and 360 evaluations)
Develop fair HR policies and ensure employees understand and comply with them.
Implement effective sourcing, screening and interviewing techniques
Measure employee retention and turnover rates
Oversee daily operations of the HR department Requirements
Proven work experience as an HR Executive, Intern or similar role
Eligibility:
Expertise in HR policies and procedures
Understanding of labour laws & employee regulations.
knowledge of HR functions and best practices.
Strong knowledge of hiring processes.
Understanding of HR best practices and current regulations
Familiarity with MS Office suite
Excellent communication skills
Ability to commute/relocate:
