-Handling end to end Recruitment process
-Sourcing and Attracting Talent
-Screening and Evaluation: Having expertise with Portals like Indeed, LinkedIn etc.
Resume Screening
-Initial Interviews (Phone/Video)
-Technical Assessments
-Interview Coordination and Candidate Management
-Offer Management and Onboarding
-Reporting and Continuous Improvement
-Handling daily HR/Recruitment activities
-Prior experience in IT Recruitment will be preferred.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ?10,000.00 per month
