Key Responsibilities
End-to-end recruitment for IT Sales roles, especially Business Development Executives (BDE) and Business Development Managers (BDM)
Create and post compelling job ads on various platforms like LinkedIn, Naukri, and Indeed
Source relevant candidates using job portals, social media, and networking
Screen and evaluate candidate profiles to match job requirements
Schedule and coordinate interviews with department heads
Maintain candidate database and recruitment trackers
Handle offer roll-outs and joining formalities
Collaborate closely with Sales Managers to understand hiring needs and timelines
Requirements
Proven experience in hiring for IT Sales roles (BDE, BDM, Pre-sales, etc.)
Strong understanding of technical sales hiring dynamics
Proficiency in using platforms like LinkedIn Recruiter, Naukri, and other sourcing tools
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
Good to Have
Experience hiring for international sales roles
Exposure to startup or high-growth tech environments
Knowledge of HR tools and ATS platforms
