Funzip Adventure LLP is a indoor entertainment park coming up in Ludhiana. We are currently hiring for HR executive. ?

Responsibilities: Recruits and onboards new employees. Manages employee records and HRIS data. Handles employee inquiries and resolves issues. Assists with performance management and training initiatives. Ensures compliance with labor laws and regulations. Develops and implements HR policies and procedures. Manages recruitment, onboarding, and talent management. Oversees employee relations and conflict resolution. Manages performance management and compensation programs. Manages the HR budget.

Manage and keepup with compliance. Sources and screens candidates through various channels. Conducts interviews and assessments. Manages the candidate experience. Tracks and reports on recruitment

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹26,000.00 per month
