Job Description

Should have minimum 1 year of experience*

Preferably Hospital background

Handle

end-to-end recruitment

of clinical, paramedical, and non-clinical staff. Maintain

employee records, leave management, and attendance systems

manual & through software. Ensure compliance with

labour laws, ESI, PF, and hospital accreditation standards (e.g. NABH)

.

Recruitment & Onboarding -

Sourcing, interviewing, and hiring new employees and assisting in

onboarding, induction programs,

and

training

coordination. Support

payroll inputs

and coordinate with finance for timely processing. Manage

shift planning and manpower allocation

across departments. Handle

employee grievances and welfare initiatives

.

Employee exit & Off boarding process -

Conduct

exit interviews

, process final settlements, maintain attrition data & retrieval of company property ,hence ensuring a smooth transition for departing emplyoees. Support HR audits, licensing documentation, and

medical council registration processes

.

Performance management

- Overseeing

performance evaluations

, setting up

feedback

mechanisms and setting up promotions , and supporting

employee developmen

t.

Policy Enforecement -

Developing and enforcing

HR policies [ eg. leave policies,dress code, working hours etc.]

in line with organizational needs.
