and coordinate with finance for timely processing.
Manage
shift planning and manpower allocation
across departments.
Handle
employee grievances and welfare initiatives

Employee exit & Off boarding process -
Conduct
exit interviews
, process final settlements, maintain attrition data & retrieval of company property ,hence ensuring a smooth transition for departing emplyoees.
Support HR audits, licensing documentation, and
medical council registration processes
.
Performance management
- Overseeing
performance evaluations
, setting up
feedback
mechanisms and setting up promotions , and supporting
employee developmen
t.
Policy Enforecement -
Developing and enforcing
HR policies [ eg. leave policies,dress code, working hours etc.]
