Key ResponsibilitiesPayroll Management
Handle end-to-end
manual payroll processing
for 500+ employees using
Advanced Excel
Maintain and validate attendance, leave, OT, incentives, and deductions
Ensure accurate calculation of salaries, arrears, bonuses, and reimbursements
Process
PF, ESI, PT, TDS
, and other statutory compliances
Coordinate with accounts/finance team for salary disbursement
Prepare salary sheets, payslips, and payroll MIS reports
Manage full & final settlement and exit payroll
HR Operations & Compliance
Maintain employee master data and personal files
Handle onboarding documentation and employee records
Address employee queries related to payroll and attendance
Support statutory audits and inspections
Ensure adherence to company HR policies and labor laws
