Key Responsibilities:
Handle
end-to-end recruitment
: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
Manage
monthly payroll processing
, attendance, and leave records.
Ensure
statutory compliance
(PF, ESI, TDS, Gratuity, etc.).
Maintain accurate
employee records
and HR documentation.
Plan and execute
employee engagement and welfare
initiatives.
Assist in
performance appraisal
and training coordination.
Support management with HR reports and other administrative tasks.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
1-4 years of experience in HR operations, payroll, or recruitment.
Good knowledge of labor laws and HR software (HRMS).
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
