for both Head Office and Factory employees. The role will work closely with the Factory HR team to ensure smooth HR operations, accurate payroll processing, and statutory compliance.
Key Responsibilities
Handle complete recruitment lifecycle for Head Office and Factory roles
Coordinate manpower requirements with department heads and factory HR
Issue offer letters, appointment letters, and joining documentation
Manage end-to-end payroll for HO and Factory employees
Verify attendance, overtime, and leave data received from factory HR
Coordinate with Accounts for salary processing and payouts
Handle PF, ESI, PT, gratuity, and other statutory compliances
Maintain employee records, HR MIS, and reports
Manage onboarding, exits, and full & final settlements
Requirements
Graduate / MBA / PG Diploma in Human Resources
2-4 years of hands-on experience in HR, with strong exposure to payroll and recruitment
Knowledge of Indian labour laws and factory HR processes
Good working knowledge of MS Excel and HR/payroll systems
Strong communication and coordination skills
Additional Information
