Process monthly payroll accurately and on time using GreytHR.
Validate attendance, leave, and LOP data before payroll closure.
Ensure accuracy in salary structures, deductions, arrears, new joiner payroll, and final settlements.
Generate payslips, payroll summaries, and statutory reports from GreytHR.
Coordinate with Finance for salary disbursement and payroll reconciliation.
2. GreytHR Administration
Maintain employee master data in GreytHR with complete accuracy.
Configure attendance, leave, holiday calendars, and payroll components in GreytHR.
Address employee queries related to payslips, tax, PF/ESI, and payroll records.
Support payroll and statutory audits by providing system-generated data.
3. Statutory Compliance & Payroll Documentation
Ensure compliance with PF, ESI, PT, TDS, and applicable labour laws.
Support preparation and filing of statutory returns and challans.
Maintain statutory registers, payroll records, and compliance trackers.
Assist during internal and external audits and ensure timely closures.
4. HR Operations Support
Support onboarding and exit processes, including documentation and payroll clearances.
Maintain employee files and HR documentation.
Prepare HR MIS reports related to payroll, headcount, and attrition.
Support HR initiatives and employee engagement programs.
5. Vendor & Stakeholder Coordination
Coordinate with payroll consultants, statutory vendors, and auditors.
Track timelines and follow up on statutory filings and audit requirements.
Key Skills & Competencies

Qualifications & Experience
MBA / MSW / PGDM in Human Resources
2-4 years of experience in Payroll & HR Operations
Mandatory experience using GreytHR
Experience in NGO / social sector is an added advantage
