Key Responsibilities:
Manage end-to-end payroll processing on a monthly basis.
Ensure timely and accurate salary disbursement.
Handle statutory compliance including PF, ESI, PT, TDS, and Gratuity.
Maintain and update employee records, attendance, and leave management systems.
Generate and analyze payroll reports for internal and audit purposes.
Address payroll-related employee queries and resolve discrepancies efficiently.
Coordinate with the finance and HR teams for payroll reconciliation and compliance filings.
Stay updated with the latest payroll regulations and statutory changes.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in HR, Commerce, or related field.
Minimum 2 years of experience in payroll and HR operations.
Strong knowledge of statutory compliance and payroll software/tools (e.g., Excel, HRMS).
Excellent analytical, communication, and organizational skills.
High level of accuracy, confidentiality, and attention to detail.
