We are seeking an experienced HR Executive with strong knowledge of payroll processing, statutory compliance, and recruitment. The ideal candidate must be detail-oriented, process-driven, and capable of managing HR operations.
Key Responsibilities :
End-to-end monthly payroll processing.
Prepare payroll inputs and coordinate with finance/payroll consultants.
Maintain payroll records and employee salary files.
Ensure timely filing and maintenance of PF, ESIC, PT, LWF, Gratuity, and other statutory requirements.
Handle Shops & Establishment compliance, renewals, and inspections.
Manage end-to-end recruitment for assigned roles.
Maintain recruitment trackers and update hiring dashboards.
Coordinate with department heads for hiring requirements.
Address employee queries related to payroll, PF/ESIC, leaves, and policies.
Skills:
Good communication and coordination skills.
Strong understanding of PF, ESIC, PT, and basic labor laws.
