Role: Team Member HR
Location: Sinnar, Nashik
Experience: 7- 9 Years
Qualification: MBA / MPM / MSW HR
Responsibilities:
Manage payroll, attendance, leaves, CTC fitment, and F&F settlements.
Ensure statutory compliance (PF, ESIC, wages, OT, audits).
Handle onboarding, confirmations, performance reviews, and exit formalities.
Manage manpower planning with contractors and apprentice programs (NAPS/NATS).
Support IR, grievance handling, dispute resolution, and disciplinary actions.
Oversee plant administration (canteen, security, transport, travel bookings).
Prepare HR MIS, monthly reports, budgets, and lead employee engagement activities.
