Coordinating with department heads on manpower requirements
Managing on boarding and induction programs for new employees
Employee Records & HR Administration
Maintaining employee files, HR databases, and documentation
Payroll & Compensation Support
Assisting in payroll processing and salary administration
Managing attendance, leave, and benefits records
Coordinating with finance/accounts for payroll accuracy
Preparing appointment letters, confirmation letters, and exit documents
Ensuring compliance with company policies and labour laws
Educational qualification: Graduate (mandatory)
