Job Description

Graduate / Post-Graduate in HR, Business Administration,

1-3 years of experience in HR

Manage end-to-end recruitment process (job posting, screening, interviewing, selection).

Coordinate with department heads for manpower requirements.

Assist in payroll preparation and salary processing.

Ensure compliance with PF, ESIC, gratuity, and other statutory requirements.

Handle employee queries, concerns, and grievances.

Support in disciplinary actions and documentation.

Organize employee engagement activities.

Identify training needs in consultation with managers.

Organize training sessions and workshops.

Maintain training records and feedback.

Maintain employee personal files and HR database.

Prepare HR reports and MIS for management review.

Assist in drafting and implementing HR policies.

Ensure adherence to labor laws and company policies.

Liaise with external agencies and government bodies when required.

Maintain statutory records and documentation.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
