Responsibilities
Manage the recruitment and selection process.
Develop and implement HR policies and procedures.
Handle employee relations and address grievances.
Ensure legal compliance with labor regulations.
Support performance management and employee development.
Conduct onboarding and training sessions for new employees.
Maintain HR records and prepare reports.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field.
Proven experience as an HR Executive or similar role.
In-depth knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information.
