Job description:
Recruit and onboard store-level staff (sales associates, store managers, etc.)
Coordinate interviews, documentation, and induction programs
Maintain employee records in HRMS and ensure data accuracy
Monitor attendance, leaves, and shift rosters of retail staff
Provide payroll inputs and assist with salary processing
Handle employee grievances and provide HR support at store level
Support employee engagement activities and team-building initiatives
Assist in performance appraisals and manage probation confirmations
Coordinate training sessions and maintain training records
Ensure implementation of HR policies and labor law compliance
Collaborate with store managers on workforce planning and issues
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹13,500.00 - ₹16,000.00 per month

Bachelor's (Preferred)
Experience:
Human resources: 1 year (Preferred)
