Job Summary:
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented
HR Executive
to manage
shift-wise recruitment for onsite part-time employees
and handle
PF/ESI coordination for existing employees
. The candidate will work closely with the backend HR/payroll team and act as a supporting HR resource.
Key Responsibilities:
Recruitment (Shift-wise):
Coordinate and recruit part-time/shift-based onsite employees.
Schedule and manage walk-ins, interviews, and onboarding processes.
Maintain shift rosters and attendance tracking for part-time staff.
Employee Welfare (Existing Employees):
Coordinate with the backend team regarding
PF (Provident Fund)
and
ESI (Employee State Insurance)
matters.
Help employees with PF/ESI queries and ensure documentation is complete and accurate.
General HR Support:
Maintain employee records and assist with document collection and verification.
Provide administrative support for HR-related activities.
Act as the first point of contact for employees for basic HR support.
Requirements:
B.Com or MBA (HR) from Bharathiar University preferred.
Basic understanding of recruitment and statutory compliance (PF/ESI).
Good communication skills in English and regional language.
Ability to coordinate with internal teams and manage time efficiently.
Proficiency in MS Office tools (Excel, Word, etc.).
Preferred Attributes:
Willingness to work as a
lower-end HR
(support-level HR role).
Ability to multitask and handle recruitment and compliance-related tasks.
Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
Salary: Rs.18000/- per Month
Joining: Immediate joiners preferred
