Job Summary:
The HR Executive is responsible for managing the company's human resources operations, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, training, payroll coordination, and compliance. The role ensures smooth HR processes that support employee satisfaction and organizational growth.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Recruitment & Onboarding

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment process (job posting, screening, interviewing, and selection).
  • Coordinate with department heads for manpower requirements.
  • Conduct employee onboarding and orientation programs.
  • Maintain updated job descriptions and employee records.
2. Employee Relations & Engagement
  • Act as a point of contact for employee queries and grievances.
  • Organize employee engagement and welfare activities.
  • Support in maintaining a positive work culture and strong communication between management and staff.
3. Attendance & Payroll Support
  • Monitor attendance, leave records, and overtime.
  • Coordinate with the accounts/payroll team for salary processing.
  • Maintain HR-related reports and ensure timely submission.
4. Compliance & Policy Implementation
  • Ensure adherence to labor laws and statutory requirements (PF, ESIC, gratuity, etc.).
  • Update and communicate HR policies, procedures, and code of conduct.
  • Handle employee exit processes, including resignation, full & final settlement, and exit interviews.
5. Performance Management
  • Assist in setting KPIs and conducting performance appraisals.
  • Identify training needs and coordinate learning and development programs.
6. HR Administration
  • Maintain employee files, HR database, and related documentation.
  • Support management in HR data analysis and decision-making.
Qualifications & Skills:
  • Bachelor's degree or MBA in Human Resource Management or related field.
  • 2-5 years of experience in HR operations (Freshers can be considered for junior roles).
  • Good knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Proficient in MS Office and HR software (HRMS).
  • High level of integrity, confidentiality, and attention to detail.
