Employee Induction including Completion of Joining formalities
Compensation Management
Attendance Management
Salary & Wages Administration
Identification of Training needs and actual conduct of training program
Maintaining Personal Records
Administration of HRIS Software
Implementation of the Performance Management system
Independently handling employee welfare like transport, mediclaim, canteen, uniform etc and other employee engagement activities
Periodic conduct of employee satisfaction surveys and suggesting ways and means for ensuring improvement in employee satisfaction levels
Effective handling of Employee grievances
Ensuring legal compliance
Promotion of positive discipline and management of Indiscipline
Training and Appraisals
