Source candidates through job portals, social media, and referrals Conduct initial screenings and schedule interviews Coordinate interview rounds with hiring managers Handle offer letters, joining formalities, and documentation

HR Operations



Address employee queries and concerns

Maintain employee records, databases

Assist in developing and implementing HR policies & procedures

Required Skills



Strong communication & interpersonal skills

Good understanding of HR processes & labor laws

MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) proficiency

Problem-solving attitude

Ability to multitask and work under deadlines

Qualifications



Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field

MBA/PGDM in HR preferred

Candidates should be flexible in working with Night shift from 7:30 PM to 5 AM (Including 1 Hour Dinner Break.
