We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented
HR Executive
with 1 year of experience
in the IT Sector
to support our HR operations. The role involves handling recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, payroll assistance, and maintaining HR documentation. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, a basic understanding of HR processes, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
Assist in end-to-end recruitment: sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews, and onboarding.
Maintain employee records and HR databases accurately.
Support payroll processing and attendance management.
Assist in drafting HR letters, contracts, and other documentation.
Coordinate employee engagement activities and problem solving.
Address employee queries regarding HR policies and procedures.
Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
Support the HR team in day-to-day operations and projects.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
Minimum 1 year of experience in HR operations/recruitment.
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.
Ability to handle confidential information with integrity.
