Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates.
Conduct new employee orientations and ensure a smooth onboarding process.
Handle employee relations issues and provide guidance and support to employees.
Develop and deliver training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and HR databases.

Requirements
:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field.
Proven experience as an HR Executive or similar role.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Knowledge of Matrix Attendance and Saral Paypack preferred.
Preferably from Hospitality / Casino Industry
