Key Responsibilities:
Manage the end-to-end recruitment process including sourcing, screening, scheduling, and onboarding.
Maintain employee records, attendance, and HR databases.
Support payroll processing and ensure timely salary disbursement.
Handle employee queries, grievances, and provide HR-related guidance.
Assist in drafting HR policies and ensuring statutory compliance (PF, ESI, Gratuity, etc.).
Coordinate training, employee engagement, and performance appraisal activities.
Prepare HR reports, letters, and documentation (offer letters, relieving letters, etc.).
Support management in implementing HR initiatives and organizational development programs.
Requirements:
Bachelor's/Master's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
Good knowledge of HR policies, labor laws, and compliance.
Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in MS Office; knowledge of HRMS software is an added advantage.
Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
