We are looking for a proactive and people-oriented
HR Executive
to manage day-to-day HR operations, recruitment support, employee coordination, and compliance activities. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, a sense of ownership, and the ability to work in a fast-growing startup environment.
Key Responsibilities
Assist in end-to-end recruitment (screening resumes, scheduling interviews, follow-ups)
Maintain employee records, HR files, and documentation
Handle attendance, leave management, and HR MIS
Support payroll inputs and coordination
Assist in drafting offer letters, appointment letters, and HR emails
Act as a point of contact for employee queries
Support employee engagement and internal communication
Ensure adherence to company HR policies and processes
Support statutory compliance documentation (PF, ESI, etc.)
Coordinate with vendors and internal departments when required
Assist in HR audits and reporting
Required Skills & Qualifications
Graduate/Post-graduate in
HR, Management, or related field
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Basic knowledge of HR processes and labor laws
Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and email communication
Good organizational and time-management skills
