Identify staffing needs and coordinate with department heads.
Post job openings on various platforms.
Screen resumes, shortlist candidates, and conduct initial interviews.
Schedule interviews with managers and follow up with candidates.
Prepare offer letters and complete hiring formalities.
2. Onboarding & Employee Induction
Complete joining formalities and document collection.
Create employee files and update HR systems.
Conduct orientation sessions for new employees.
Ensure smooth onboarding experience.
3. Attendance, Leave & Payroll Coordination
Maintain employee attendance records (biometric/manual).
Track leaves, late marks, and overtime.
Coordinate with accounts/finance for monthly payroll processing.
Resolve employee salary or attendance-related queries.
4. Employee Relations & Engagement
Address employee issues, grievances, and concerns.
Maintain a healthy and positive work culture.
Plan employee engagement activities and celebrations.
Communicate company policies and updates to staff.
5. HR Administration & Documentation
Maintain employee personnel files and HR databases.
Prepare letters such as appointment, confirmation, increment, termination, etc.
Handle office administration tasks (if part of HR/Admin role).
Manage employee records securely and ensure confidentiality.
6. Performance Management
Assist in performance appraisal processes.
Coordinate with managers to track employee performance.
Help in implementing training and development programs.
7. HR Policies & Compliance
Ensure adherence to HR policies and company rules.
Support statutory compliance such as PF, ESI, labour laws (if applicable).
Assist in HR audits and documentation.
8. Exit Formalities
Coordinate resignation, notice period, and exit interviews.
Handle full & final settlement process documentation.
Conduct relieving formalities and issue appropriate letters.
