Key Responsibilities:

Handle the full hiring process for both technical and non-technical roles like developers, testers, AI engineers, and project managers.

Discussing with department heads to understand project-specific manpower requirements and align hiring accordingly

Maintain a strong network and talent pool for future technology-driven requirements

Well-versed with the tech manpower requirements and evolving tech skill demands

Ability to assess technical capabilities, job descriptions, and project suitability of candidates.

Familiar with modern tech stacks, software development cycles, and IT resource planning.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Minimum 4 years of experience in HR within the software / IT industry.

Deep understanding of technical hiring and current IT talent market.

Excellent communication, analytical, and interpersonal skills.

Strong organizational and decision-making abilities.

Proficiency in using recruitment platforms (LinkedIn, Naukri, etc.) and HRMS tools.

Bachelor's / Master's in Human Resource Management,or equivalent.
