We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented
HR Executive
to manage day-to-day HR operations. The role involves handling recruitment, employee lifecycle processes, compliance, and employee engagement to support organizational growth and create a positive workplace culture.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage end-to-end recruitment for staff, workers, and technical positions.
Handle onboarding, induction, and exit formalities of employees.
Maintain employee records, attendance, and leave management systems.
Support payroll preparation and coordinate with the accounts team.
Ensure statutory compliance (PF, ESI, labor laws, factory rules, etc.).
Address employee grievances and promote a healthy work environment.
Coordinate training and development programs.
Assist in performance management and appraisal processes.
Prepare HR reports (headcount, overtime, attrition, etc.) for management.
Support employee engagement initiatives and welfare activities.
Requirements:
Bachelor's/Master's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
1-3 years of HR experience (manufacturing/plant experience preferred).
Knowledge of HR processes, labor laws, and compliance.
Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
Proficiency in MS Office and HR software tools.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
