Key Responsibilities:
Manage end-to-end recruitment, onboarding, and employee coordination.
Handle calendar management, meeting schedules, and daily administrative support for leadership.
Plan and coordinate business travel, hotel bookings, and outstation meetings/events.
Assist in internal communication, employee engagement, and HR documentation.
Support marketing campaigns, event planning, and client coordination.
Act as a point of contact between the management, teams, and external partners.
Maintain confidentiality in handling sensitive information and executive-level tasks.
Be available for flexible work hours and travel as per business requirements.
