Key Responsibilities:
Manage the full recruitment process, including job postings, screening resumes, scheduling, and conducting interviews for technical and non-technical roles.
Assist in the onboarding of new employees and maintain updated employee records.
Implement and communicate HR policies and help ensure compliance with labour laws and company standards.
Handle employee queries, grievances, and assist in conflict resolution to maintain a positive work environment.
Support performance appraisal processes by organising review meetings and maintaining records.
Coordinating employee training and development programmes
Assisting in managing payroll, benefits, and attendance records
Organise employee engagement activities to foster team spirit and a healthy workplace culture.
Supporting exit formalities, including exit interviews and documentation.
Eligibility:
MBA in Human Resources, with a related or equivalent degree.
Minimum 2-3 years of experience in an HR role in the software or IT industry.
Good understanding of HR practices and labour legislation.
Proficiency in MS Office; knowledge of HR software
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to handle confidential information sensitively.
Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks.

Negotiable as per industry standard
