We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented
HR Operations & Executive
to join our team immediately. The ideal candidate will handle end-to-end HR operations, ensure smooth administrative processes, and support the HR department in maintaining a positive and productive work environment.
Key Responsibilities
Manage employee onboarding and exit formalities.
Maintain and update employee records, attendance, and leave data.
Assist in payroll coordination and documentation.
Support the recruitment process -- posting jobs, screening candidates, scheduling interviews, etc.
Coordinate with different departments to ensure HR policies and processes are implemented effectively.
Handle day-to-day HR operations such as offer letters, confirmation letters, and HR documentation.
Assist in organizing employee engagement activities and internal communication.
Ensure compliance with company policies and basic labor laws.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree (MBA in HR preferred).
1-2 years of experience in HR Operations
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Proficient in MS Office and HR tools (e.g., Excel, HRMS, Bitrix24, etc.).
Ability to work independently in a remote setup.
Immediate joiners will be given priority.
