THE ROLE
As HR Executive - Operations at Hunger Inc., you'll be the backbone of our people operations, ensuring our teams have everything they need to succeed while we create memorable food experiences. From onboarding to offboarding, payroll to policies, you'll manage the end-to-end employee lifecycle with precision, compliance, and care. This isn't just a desk job--you'll be on the ground across our outlets, kitchens, and office spaces, making sure the workplace runs smoothly and employees feel supported.

WHO YOU ARE
3+ years of experience in HR operations, ideally in hospitality, FMCG, or retail
Strong understanding of HR practices, policies, and Indian labor laws
Proficient in HRMS systems and MS Office (especially Excel)
Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and time-management skills
Skilled in handling sensitive information with discretion and professionalism
Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving abilities
YOUR TEAM
You'll work with:
Manager - HR Operations (your direct reporting manager)
People & Culture team for employee engagement and performance support
Finance team for payroll and compliance inputs
Operations teams across restaurants, production units, and outlets
REPORTING TO
Manager - HR Operations
YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR

  • Employee Lifecycle Management: Manage end-to-end lifecycle from onboarding (documentation, background checks, induction) to offboarding (exit interviews, F&F settlement, documentation).
HR Data & Records: Maintain accurate HRMS records, ensure data confidentiality, and generate reports/analytics for management insights.
Payroll & Benefits: Collate payroll inputs (attendance, leave, etc.), administer benefits (insurance, PF, statutory compliances), and resolve related queries.
Compliance & Policies: Ensure labor law and policy compliance, support policy updates, and handle employee grievances fairly.
Employee Relations & Support: Serve as first HR contact for queries, support managers/employees on HR issues (performance, discipline), and organize engagement activities to promote a positive workplace.
WHAT YOU BRING
A Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field
Proven HR operations expertise with strong process orientation
Data-driven mindset with the ability to generate reports and insights
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, multi-location work environment
