Role & Responsibilities
? Maintain and update employee records in the HRIS system.
? Manage end-to-end employee life cycle: onboarding, confirmation, transfers, and exits.
? Ensure timely and accurate payroll inputs and coordinate with the payroll team.
? Handle statutory compliance tasks including PF, ESI, Gratuity, and Professional Tax.
? Track and manage employee attendance, leaves, and time-off records.
? Support HR audits and maintain compliance-related documentation.
