Job Summary:


We are looking for an enthusiastic and driven Executive - HR with minimum 2 years of experience in the BPO industry to join our growing team. This role is ideal for someone with a solid foundation in HR operations, recruitment, employee engagement, and performance management. You will play a key role in supporting HR functions and contribute to the growth and success of the organization by implementing HR strategies that enhance employee experience and drive organizational performance.

Key Responsibilities:


Employee Engagement & Relations:

Support employee engagement initiatives to maintain a positive workplace culture. Handle employee inquiries and resolve workplace conflicts, ensuring a high level of employee satisfaction.

Performance Management:

Support the performance management cycle, including the preparation of performance reviews, feedback sessions, and follow-ups on development plans for employees.

Training & Development:

Identify training needs and coordinate internal or external training sessions to upskill employees. Promote continuous learning and career development within the organization.

HR Compliance & Policies:

Assist in ensuring compliance with labor laws and internal HR policies. Support the administration and communication of HR policies to employees.

HR Reporting & Analytics:

Collect and maintain HR data, generate reports, and track key HR metrics to support decision-making.

Payroll Administration:

Manage the payroll process, ensuring timely and accurate processing of employee salaries, bonuses, deductions, and statutory compliance.

Employee Benefits Administration:

Support the coordination and management of employee benefits programs, ensuring employees are informed and issues are resolved in a timely manner.

General HR Support:

Provide day-to-day HR support, including maintaining employee records, managing HR documentation, and ensuring smooth HR operations within the organization.

Requirements:


Master's degree in human resources.
1-4 years of HR experience in the BPO or services industry, preferably in payroll administration, employee engagement, and performance management.
Strong knowledge of HR best practices and local labor laws.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and manage competing priorities.
Familiarity with HR software and tools (e.g., HRIS, ATS).
Ability to work collaboratively within a team and support a fast-paced HR environment.

Preferred Skills:


Experience with HRMS or talent management systems.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹24,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
