We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive
HR Executive - Operations
to join our Human Resources team. The role will focus on managing day-to-day HR operations, ensuring smooth implementation of HR policies, and supporting employee lifecycle activities. Key responsibilities include maintaining and updating HRMS, managing attendance and payroll inputs, handling employee records, and generating HR reports with accuracy. The HR Executive will also be responsible for employee relations, addressing queries and grievances, supporting engagement initiatives, and ensuring compliance with company policies and labor laws.
The ideal candidate should have
hands-on experience in HRMS platforms
(such as Keka, SAP, or similar), strong knowledge of
Employee Relations (ER)
practices, and
excellent proficiency in Microsoft Excel
(VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Reports, MIS). Candidates should possess strong analytical ability, attention to detail, and the capability to manage confidential information with professionalism. A graduate or postgraduate degree in Human Resources or related field, with
1-3 years of experience in HR operations
