Manage end-to-end recruitment process including sourcing, screening, and onboarding of staff.
Maintain employee records, attendance, and leave management.
Assist in payroll processing and compliance with PF, ESI, and other statutory requirements.
Support HR policies, employee engagement activities, and performance appraisal processes.
Coordinate training and development programs for staff.
Address employee queries and provide HR-related guidance.
Ensure smooth communication between management and employees.
Qualifications and Requirements:
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
1-3 years of HR experience, preferably in schools or educational institutions.
Knowledge of HR software, payroll, and labor laws (PF, ESI).
Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle multiple HR tasks efficiently.

Transportation will not be provided; candidates must arrange their own transport.
