Job Overview:
We're looking for a proactive HR Executive with hands-on experience in end-to-end HR operations. This role involves recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, HR documentation, and compliance--supporting smooth day-to-day HR activities and strong coordination between employees and management.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle the complete recruitment lifecycle
Screen candidates and conduct interviews
Manage hiring and onboarding formalities
Design compensation & benefits packages
Implement performance review processes (quarterly/annual)
Develop, implement & communicate HR policies
Ensure compliance with HR policies and labor laws
Implement effective sourcing, screening & interviewing techniques
Identify training needs and coordinate L&D initiatives
Act as point of contact for labor legislation matters
Participate in audits, training & SOP creation/revision
Handle employee grievances and queries
Create and manage referral bonus programs
Track employee retention & turnover metrics
Oversee daily HR department operations
What we are looking for:
Bachelor's/Master's degree in HR, Business Administration, Management, or related field
Strong written and verbal communication skills
2-3 years of experience in core HR operations
Knowledge of HR policies, SOPs, statutory compliance & payroll coordination
Experience with HRMS, employee records, audits & compliance support
Strong analytical, organizational & documentation skills.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹450,000.00 - ₹480,000.00 per year
