Job Description

1. Understanding Hiring Needs



Collaborate with hiring managers to identify job requirements. Develop job descriptions and specifications.

2. Sourcing Candidates



Use job portals, social media, networking, and referrals. Conduct direct outreach to passive candidates.

3. Screening and Interviewing



Review resumes and shortlist potential candidates. Conduct initial screenings via phone or video calls. Coordinate interviews with hiring managers.

3. Maintaining Recruitment Data & Compliance



Keep records of candidate databases. Ensure hiring follows legal and organizational policies.

Required Skills :



? Strong communication and interpersonal skills
? Knowledge of recruitment tools and applicant tracking systems (ATS)
? Ability to assess candidates' skills and culture fit
? Negotiation and persuasion skills
? Time management and multitasking

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?15,000.00 - ?20,000.00 per month
