Manage end-to-end recruitment process: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and coordinating with hiring managers.
Prepare and release offer letters, appointment letters, and manage onboarding formalities.
Employee Engagement & Relations
Assist in planning and executing employee engagement activities.
Address employee queries, grievances, and maintain healthy workplace relations.
Payroll & Attendance Management
Maintain employee attendance, leave records, and provide data for payroll processing.
Ensure accurate and timely salary disbursement support.
HR Operations & Compliance
Maintain and update employee records (both physical and digital).
Assist in statutory compliance (PF, ESI, Gratuity, etc.).
Support in drafting and implementing HR policies and procedures.
Training & Development
Coordinate training sessions and workshops.
Track employee performance and support appraisal processes.
General Administration Support
Prepare HR reports and dashboards for management.
Assist in audits and other HR-related documentation.
