Designation: HR Executive Department: HR & AdminExperience: 2-3 yearsQualification: GraduateLocation: Okhla Phase-1, Industrial Area New DelhiSalary : 22k to 27K per monthIMMEDIATE JOINERS REQUIREDJOB DESCRIPTIONHR Activities:
- Recruitment, Staffing, Joining & Induction.
- Attendance management
- Leave Management
- Process documentation and prepare reports relating to personnel activities (staffing, recruitment, training, grievances, etc)
- Assist to Sr. HR & Admin in day-to-day operations of the HR & admin activities
- Employee Engagement. (Festivals & parties arrangements)
- Compiling and updating employee records (hard and soft copies)
- Handle requests and queries appropriately.
- Vendor Management. (End to end).
- Maintain Filing documentation and system
- Managing repair, maintenance & replacement of office equipment, appliances, furniture, furnishings, vehicles, building, etc.
- Upkeep of office administrative facilities and ensure availability of daily miscellaneous requirements to provide harmonious work culture to employees.
- Specialization in handling inter-office correspondence, confidential mails, quotations, monthly billing, cheques, etc.
- Keeping day-to-day activities organized.
- Travel desk; domestic & international tickets booking and applying for international vizas.
