Key Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end recruitment including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding of hospital staff
Maintain employee records, HR documentation, and HRIS accurately
Handle attendance, leave management, payroll coordination, and statutory compliance
Address employee relations, grievances, and disciplinary matters professionally
Support performance management, appraisals, and employee engagement initiatives
Coordinate training, induction, and development programs
Ensure compliance with labor laws, hospital policies, and accreditation standards
Act as a bridge between management and employees to foster a healthy work culture
Desired Skills & Qualifications
Graduate / Postgraduate in HR, MBA (HR) preferred
2+ years of HR experience (hospital or healthcare industry preferred)
Strong knowledge of HR operations, labor laws, and statutory compliances
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality
Proficiency in MS Office and HR software
